Position: O&M; Supervisor/Coordinator - Spain An international renewable energy company engaged in the development, construction, and operation of solar projects across Europe is looking for an O&M; Supervisor to join its team in Spain, reporting to the O&M; Manager and playing a key role in tracking and optimizing the performance of its solar portfolio.

Key Responsibilities ·Supervise daily O&M; activities at the solar plant ·Lead and coordinate site technicians, contractors, and specialist service providers ·Act as the main operational point of contact with local authorities, municipalities, landowners, emergency services, the DSO, the TSO and other relevant entities.

·Ensure work is carried out in accordance with site procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards ·Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with site procedures, contractual requirements, manufacturers’ recommendations, Spanish legislation and applicable industry standards. ·Manage work orders and maintenance schedules through the company's maintenance management software

·Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks ·Support fault-finding and troubleshooting of plant equipment ·Assist with MV/HV coordination and contractor management ·Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting





·Support warranty claims and coordinate technical interventions with manufacturers, suppliers, EPC contractors and O&M; service providers. ·Participate in on-call and emergency response arrangements when required.

Your Profile ·Previous experience supervising electrical maintenance or O&M; teams, ideally within utility-scale solar plants ·Solid understanding of PV plant components (inverters, trackers, transformers, switchgear) and SCADA systems

·Strong knowledge of safety systems and permit-to-work / LOTO processes ·Experience coordinating contractors and managing site activities ·Familiarity with electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and plant control logic

·Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office ·Excellent communication and organisational skills ·Fluency in Spanish and English ·HV switching qualifications are a plus ·Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites
