We are looking for a Senior Copywriter with solid experience in branding, brand building, and creative campaign development. The successful candidate will join our creative team, partnering with an Art Director to lead projects across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.

We are seeking a strategic and proactive thinker with a proven track record of developing strong creative concepts, crafting compelling narratives, and translating business objectives into impactful communication. This role requires confidence in presenting and defending creative ideas to clients, building trusted relationships, and driving projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and development of integrated campaigns and creative initiatives.
- Work closely with an Art Director as part of a senior creative team.
- Develop compelling copy and content across a variety of channels and platforms.
- Contribute strategically to brand development and brand-building projects.
- Present creative concepts, campaigns, and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a trusted creative partner, confidently explaining and defending creative decisions.
- Participate in and facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members when required.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a copywriting, creative, or branding role.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and presenting creative work.
- Strong background in brand building, brand strategy, and campaign development.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, Firefly) to enhance creative thinking,



content development, and brand-building initiatives.
- Ability to confidently present, defend, and sell creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a creative agency environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2-C1 level).
