In this role you shape financial strategy for general Biomedical Research, partnering with research leaders to align resources with strategic priorities. You lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering actionable insights to improve performance and resource allocation. You will identify risks and opportunities and support decisions with robust business cases and scenario analyses. This is a collaborative, global position that drives impact across neuroscience, immunology, and other disease areas, contributing to innovation in patient care.

Responsabilidades

- Partner with global research leaders to shape financial strategy and support key decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Biomedical Research functions
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities through proactive monitoring and early warning indicators




- Provide strategic decision support via business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analyses
- Conduct benchmarking and value-added analyses to optimize resource allocation
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment with continuous learning and capability development

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business functions
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
