Position Summary
Operating directly out of Barcelona, you will act as a Google Ads consultant and trusted digital growth partner for scaling companies within the Dutch market. You will manage a dedicated client portfolio end-to-end—driving friction-free onboarding, boosting product adoption, safeguarding account retention, and uncovering valuable expansion avenues to foster client longevity and campaign scaling.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Lead the initial setup of new client accounts by determining primary commercial milestones and designing tailor‑made digital advertising roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain consistent dialogue with key corporate decision‑makers to present thorough performance reviews, prove clear ROI, and advise on complementary advertising solutions.




- Campaign Optimization: Create, launch, and fine‑tune Google Ads campaigns by continuously adjusting bidding models, testing copy variations, and refining demographic target segments.
- Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate complex campaign data matrices to craft actionable optimization plans that systematically improve ROAS.
- Pipeline Management: Document every client discussion thoroughly while tracking exact account progress within our core CRM system.
- Regional Feedback: Relate real‑time insights regarding Dutch consumer trends and commercial shifts to help refine overall account strategies.
