We’re looking for an Integrated Logistic Support Engineer to ensure that the solutions we deliver today remain efficient, reliable and sustainable throughout their lifecycle. This role is at the heart of balancing operational performance, maintenance excellence and life cycle cost optimisation for our Communication Network and Security portfolio.

Your role, your impact

- Analyse customer contractual requirements related to Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
- Ensure tender and project decisions align with Life Cycle Cost (LCC) objectives and operation & maintenance requirements
- Perform Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and develop maintenance plans
- Calculate and monitor Life Cycle Costs and spare parts requirements
- Create maintenance and operation manuals and technical documentation
- Prepare and deliver training plans and training support materials

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and operations - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in ILS activities or railway maintenance activities




- Experience within an industrial environment, preferably in the railway sector
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of maintenance principles, methodologies and procedures
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken (French is a plus)
- Didactic mindset and ability to deliver training effectively
- Open-minded and collaborative approach

- Compliance with customer contractual requirements and project milestones
- Effectiveness of Life Cycle Cost optimisation and maintenance strategies
- Quality of technical documentation and training materials
