We are looking for a Senior AI Product Engineer to join a product-focused technology team in Barcelona.This is not a pure AI/ML role. We are looking for a strong end-to-end engineer who can understand real business problems, work directly with users, challenge requirements, simplify complexity, and turn ideas into practical products that deliver measurable impact.You will be involved across the full product lifecycle: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution, to designing, building, iterating, and taking it to production.You will work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and LLM-based tools where they genuinely add value.If you enjoy combining product thinking, software engineering, business interaction, and applied AI, this could be a great fit.What you’ll doWork directly with business teams and end users to understand their challenges, workflows, and real needsTranslate business requirements into simple, effective, and scalable digital productsDesign and build end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and system integrationsDevelop backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or FlaskDesign and integrate REST APIs and connect solutions with corporate systems and internal platformsAutomate business processes and repetitive workflowsApply Generative AI where it creates real value, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and AI agentsWork iteratively with users, validating assumptions and continuously improving the product based on feedbackTake ownership of solutions from initial discovery through development, deployment, and production supportMake pragmatic technical decisions, balancing speed,
