Overview

In this role, you will design and deliver go-to-market strategies for Vodafone Business Portfolio across SoHo and SME segments, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement and local operating companies. You will coordinate multi-market execution, develop launch campaigns, and create scalable demand-gen frameworks to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll translate market insights into actionable plans and measure performance to optimize ROI. This position offers a cross-market, matrix-based environment with strategic partners and local teams.

Responsabilidades

- Design and implement overarching go-to-market strategies for SoHo and SME segments
- Coordinate cross-market go-to-market plans with Vodafone operating companies
- Develop and deliver sales launch campaigns to support acquisition and growth
- Create demand-generation frameworks and repeatable activation materials for digital channels
- Monitor commercial performance and propose acceleration plans
- Translate commercial data into actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Brand, Portfolio and segment teams
- Partner with strategic technology partners for joint go-to-market initiatives




- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture across the function
- Measure success via revenue, total contract value and engagement metrics

Requisitos principales

- Five years of relevant experience in digital, telecommunications, managed services, IT or SaaS
- Balanced background across product/portfolio management, commercial management and marketing
- Ability to develop and translate go-to-market strategies into execution plans
- Proven ability to build productive relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working in a complex, matrix-based organisation
- Initiative, openness to innovation and focus on measurable commercial outcomes
- Degree or postgraduate business qualification would be beneficial
- Experience in telecommunications, IT managed services or SaaS is advantageous
