Overview

As Scrum Master for two teams within an Agile Release Train, you enable high-performing, sustainable delivery of chronic care solutions that impact patient care. You’ll coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, foster collaboration across teams, and continuously improve ways of working. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, remove impediments, and optimize flow. This role offers a chance to shape agile practices in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment at Roche’s Vienna site.

Responsabilidades

- Keep sprint goals, team backlog, and ART priorities in clear focus to drive value delivery
- facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and expose risks to enable early resolution
- coordinate across teams and ART ceremonies, emphasizing dependency management
- use team metrics to learn, reflect, and improve delivery




- evolve roles, ceremonies, processes, and tools to reduce complexity and wasted effort
- encourage experimentation and adaptation across teams
- coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles to promote high performance
- support teams in building appropriate capacity and skills for ART performance

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- 7+ years in software product development
- Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (XP a plus)
- SAFe 6.0 Certification
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Comfortable handling team and cross-team conflicts and impediments
- Technical background in software development and/or a technical degree
- Based in Vienna or Barcelona Area
