Manager – Enterprise Applications Experience & Adoption

Role Purpose

Maximize the business value of Enterprise Applications by driving their continuous improvement and adoption.

Lead the EnSite Experience & Adoption function, creating a culture of continuous improvement where Enterprise Applications continuously evolve alongside changing business processes and organizational needs.

Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to improve user experience, reduce operational friction, and establish a repeatable operating model that delivers sustainable business value.

Operate as a core member of the EnSite leadership team, partnering closely with Governance, Technical Stability, Delivery & Modernization, Financial Governance, Enterprise Applications Support, and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Enterprise Applications Experience & Adoption function across the region.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders to understand how Enterprise Applications support their daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement focused on maximizing business value rather than simply resolving operational issues.
- Drive adoption of standard business processes and Enterprise Application capabilities.
- Identify operational friction, process inefficiencies, and structural improvement opportunities through business engagement, trend analysis, and operational insights.
- Ensure recurring operational issues are translated into sustainable business, process, training, or technical improvements.
- Own the regional demand delivery process for continuous improvements, ensuring demand is clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and dashboards that measure business value, user experience, adoption, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects transition successfully into steady-state operations with high levels of business adoption and operational readiness.




- Develop and mature a repeatable Experience & Adoption operating model that can be expanded globally.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Experience & Adoption team.
- Contribute to enterprise-level decision making as a member of the EnSite leadership team.

Experience & Profile

- Senior leadership experience within Enterprise Applications environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across one or more functional domains.
- Demonstrated experience driving business process improvement, operational excellence, adoption, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading post-go-live stabilization, operational optimization, or business enablement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across business and IT.
- Structured, analytical, and disciplined approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable making prioritization decisions and driving accountability in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
