As our Material Planner, you’ll make sure the right packaging is available at the right place and time, helping our fruits and vegetables look their best while keeping our operations running smoothly worldwide. Your passion - our daily business

- Take ownership of packaging coordination for SanLucar brands, sub-brands and customer brands.
- Plan seasonal packaging volumes together with our suppliers and make sure everything is ready when and where it’s needed.
- Spot potential supply risks early and find practical solutions to keep things moving.
- Help select the right packaging suppliers based on quality, cost, performance and operational needs.
- Build strong relationships with packaging suppliers, follow up on their performance and drive improvements together.
- Be the key connection between Product Management, fruit suppliers, packaging suppliers, material manufacturers and our internal teams.
- Keep everyone up to date on packaging specifications, new developments and planning changes.
- Turn campaign learnings into smarter planning, smoother processes and better results for the next season.
- Coordinate special packaging items, from purchasing and order tracking to stock management and invoicing, together with our Packaging Back Office team.
- Investigate packaging-related complaints, coordinate tests and turn challenges into lasting improvements.
- Support our Product Managers when things get tricky and help find fast,



effective solutions.
- Make sure quality, safety and operational excellence are always part of the package.

Requirements

What You'll Bring Along

- Relevant studies in Engineering, Industrial or Organizational Engineering, Economics, International Business or a similar field.
- From 3 to 8 years of experience in Packaging Coordination, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning or Operations.
- Solid experience working with suppliers and coordinating different internal and external stakeholders.
- A talent for planning, organizing and keeping an eye on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience driving improvements and making processes more efficient.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the confidence to take ownership and make recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to bring people together.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Any additional language is a plus.
- A team-player attitude, plenty of flexibility and the ability to stay solution-focused when plans change.
- Most importantly, the motivation to grow with us and bring fresh ideas to the table!
