Experteer Overview In this role you will implement robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions and guide clients on best practices. You will design and configure SuccessFactors modules to fit HR processes, lead workshops, and transfer knowledge to clients and internal teams. You collaborate with international colleagues to drive innovation across the Cloud Business Line. - Fluency in Dutch and high level of English
- SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.G., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance u0026 Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proactive and eager to learn and stay up to date with SAP technologies
