Sommet General delivers tax, accounting, payroll, compliance, legal and HR services. We search in Madrid or surroundings a Payroll Specialist who will be the point of contact for our clients in Spain and Portugal and deliver a high-quality service. There is the possibility to travel around the country.

Location: Madrid and surroundings, hybrid

Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

What You'll Do:

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for clients by coordinating daily activities and deliverables
- Manage payroll calendars while tracking client requests and deadlines
- Assist and monitor workflows related to new hire and leavers to ensure accuracy
- Support reconciliation and basic accountancy customizations




- Provide basic consultancy and guidance related to Spanish and Portuguese payroll processes and primary labor law topics
- Participate in client handover meetings and support operational queries
- Analyze and resolve routine payroll, system, or process-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration in SAGE
- Solid understanding of Spanish payroll legislation and labor law, Sistema RED, CASIA and SILTRA
- Ideally, experience in a service provider company
- Intermediate English
