We are seeking a Global CFO to lead the Group's global Finance, Reporting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Compliance functions across its international operations. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, Board and shareholders, supporting the company's growth, financial performance, project development and strategic transactions. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

- Lead general Finance, FP&A;, Accounting, Group Reporting and Consolidation.
- Lead external and statutory audits and ensure robust financial controls and governance.
- Manage global tax strategy, tax compliance and international tax matters.
- Lead Treasury, cash management, liquidity and banking relationships.
- Lead and support debt raising, project financing and refinancing.
- Provide financial support for tenders and bids, including financial models, pricing, financing structures, guarantees and commercial terms.
- Oversee Legal, Compliance, corporate governance and contractual risk management.
- Lead financial and coordinate legal aspects of M&A;, acquisitions, due diligence and strategic transactions.
- Support projects operations
- Lead and develop the international finance team.
- Support the CEO and Board on financial, commercial and strategic matters.

- University Degree in Business or Finance.
- MBA or Master's in Finance, an advantage.
- CPA / Chartered Accountant or equivalent, an advantage.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as CFO / senior finance leadership experience, is a must.
- Experience in a medium sized global/ multinational group.
- Experience managing several international subsidiaries is mandatory.
- Experience in a private equity portfolio company, is a plus.
- Business acumen and ability to serve as a solid Business Partner for CEO.
- Strong experience in Group reporting, audit, FP&A;, treasury and global tax.
- Proven experience in debt raising,



project finance and/or corporate financing.
- Experience supporting international bids/ tenders and financial modelling.
- Experience overseeing Legal and Compliance functions.
- M&A;/ transaction experience strongly preferred.
- Infrastructure projects/ EPC/ concessions experience is an advantage.
- Project-based experience is a plus (managing P&L; and cash flow per project and complex contracts. Analyzing project CAPEX).
- Proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Spanish or Portuguese - advantage.
- EU nationally and resident - mandatory.
- Based in or able to work from Madrid (no relocation package).

International Group is seeking a CFO for its Madrid headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as CFO in a medium-sized international group. Experience managing several international subsidiaries is mandatory. Previous Big 4 experience is a must. Experience in a private equity portfolio company, is a plus. - Salary package: Around 90.000 - 110.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.
