As Product Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development cycle, including market research, strategic and tactical business planning, roadmap, feature discovery/delivery, and marketing/sales/product support post-release. Your creativity and extraordinarily high standards will drive the success of our products.

Compensation range: 47.000€ - 60.000€

Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible The presente salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.

What you will be doing:

- Discover problems: Understand our client/buyer business problems, and our end users and their content workflow needs.
- Market validation: Align value proposition to targeted buyer personas and incorporate end user feedback on proposed solutions, user experiences, and user journeys.
- Create solutions: Define requirements, design user flows, and specify high-level behavior for new features, working closely with developers, business analysts, and QA to communicate and clarify user stories as needed.
- Manage priorities against the strategic vision: Maintain the product roadmap, managing internal and external communications regarding roadmap plans, priorities, and milestones, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to planning, development, release, and maintenance/sunsetting. Contribute to and align to strategic drivers and business benefits; and maintain a core conception of the vision for the product within product suite.
- Track outcomes: Define, track, report on, and improve key product metrics, including sales/renewal, performance and data integrity, serviceability/scalability, and usability/utilization/uptake.




- Network and evangelize: Create and maintain relationships with industry experts, partners/vendors, roundtable delegates and opinion leaders within the corporate information and knowledge management markets.
- Contribute to the product management practice: Support ongoing improvement of the Product Management team and practice by evangelizing practice competencies, contributing to process enhancements, and seeking out professional training opportunities. Contribute to Product Manager recruitment and induction activities.
- May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.

Requirements

- 3-5 years professional experience; 2-3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar position working with a software development team.
- Proficient in Communication to multiple levels (technical and non-technical staff) and expert in presentation skills.
- Proficient in JIRA, Google Drive / Docs / Slides / Sheets.
- Proficient in Key Microsoft technology, O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), online conferencing (e.g., Zoom / MS Teams)
- Background or domain experience preferred in knowledge management, analytics, data science, and/or B2B products and technologies supporting R&D; enterprises.
- Travel normally required 10-15%
