As the Head of Construction at TURN2X, your mission is to lead and oversee the construction of our renewable energy projects from inception to completion. You will build and manage a high-performing team of site managers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your hands-on approach and extensive experience in construction will be pivotal in driving our projects to successful outcomes.Outcomes after 6 months:

- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and establish a cohesive team of site managers. First people have joined the company
- Project Assessment: Evaluated ongoing projects and implemented immediate improvements where necessary.
- Process Implementation: Developed and standardized construction processes and protocols to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Logistical Oversight: All logistical requirements of all projects are met.

After 12 months:

- Project Management: Construction works of initial projects are on time and budget
- Quality Control: Established robust quality control measures and have protocols in place to ensure adherence to construction standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review timings, budget, labor, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track.
- Reporting: Meet regularly with clients, third parties, and managers to report on progress, and supply financial records

After 18 months:

- Scalability: Develop and implement strategies to scale construction operations efficiently as the company grows.
- Leadership: Mentor and develop the construction team,



fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Must have:

- Extensive Construction Experience: Experience proven track record in leading large-scale construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Team Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, develop, and lead a team of site managers. Delegate work effectively to senior colleagues and their teams
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to be actively involved on-site, with a practical approach to solving problems. Work both in an office and on a construction site
- Project Management: Expertise in project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor performance against agreed criteria
- Quality and Safety Focus: Deep understanding of construction quality control and safety standards. Ensure the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. Regularly report to clients and board members on project progress
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and conditions, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Languages: English, Spanish
