You will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their logistics queries and needs.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with logistics solutions, helping them navigate shipping, tracking, and delivery processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding shipping and logistics effectively.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolutions of client issues and maintain high service standards.




- Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide informed advice to customers.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new culture and work environment.
