At ALDIA we are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our Security team.

? Work mode: 100% remote across Spain.

? Language: Advanced Spanish and minimum B2 English.

? Responsibilities:

- Project Lifecycle Management: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline and budget for cybersecurity projects (SIEM implementation, Zero Trust architecture, identity/IAM management, supply chain strengthening, incident response, etc.).
- Risk Management and Compliance: Coordinate risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with regulations (GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, PCI-DSS, NIST SP 800-series).
- Technical and Operational Coordination: Serve as a liaison between security technical teams (CISO, engineers, SOC analysts) and business stakeholders or internal clients.
- Define, maintain and report KPIs.

✅ Requirements:

- Degree/Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent technical discipline (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/Technology environments, specifically managing cybersecurity projects or secure infrastructure.




- Solid knowledge of security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and threat analysis models.
- Proficiency with cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, PAM/IAM, cryptography and vulnerability analysis, among others.
- Valuable certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or CRISC.
