LRQA is expanding its delivery capability across the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands to support retail, hospitality, and food service programmes.
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and customer-focused professionals to join our assessor network as Trainers, Mystery Shoppers and Auditors.

These opportunities are freelance / contractor-based and offer adaptable scheduling alongside long‑term programme stability.

1. Trainers (Retail & Hospitality Operations)

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate

Proven experience delivering training in retail, hospitality, or foodservice environments
Confident, engaging facilitation skills
Strong understanding of operational standards, service quality, and compliance
Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
Ability to travel locally within the islands

2. Mystery Shoppers

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate

Strong attention to detail and objective reporting skills
Excellent written Spanish (English desirable)
Reliable, punctual, and discreet
Comfortable using online reporting systems and mobile tools
Previous mystery shopping or audit experience preferred (training provided)

3. Auditors Food Safety

Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands




Contract type: Freelance / Associate

Previous auditing experience in retail, hospitality or food safety environments
Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and risk management
Professional integrity and confident client-facing skills
Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
Formal qualifications or relevant audit training advantageous
