At Angels Property Services, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Property Management & Operations team.

For more than 24 years, Angels has been managing and caring for the homes of international property owners in Marbella. We are a well-established, family-run company with a strong team, long-standing clients and a very personal approach to service.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just another office job — someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, dealing with people and making things happen.

This is a key position within our daily operations and would suit an experienced professional who is confident working independently, while being a genuine part of a team.

What will you be doing?

- Coordinating the day-to-day management of our clients' properties
- Communicating professionally with our international clients
- Organising maintenance teams, cleaners and subcontractors
- Coordinating inspections, repairs, cleaning and property preparations
- Taking ownership of issues and following them through from start to finish
- Prioritising multiple tasks and making sure nothing is overlooked
- Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations

Who are we looking for?

Someone with strong professional experience who can think ahead, connect the dots and take initiative without needing to be told every next step.

You should be

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Highly organised,



responsible and solution-oriented
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients, suppliers and team members
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude
- Living in Marbella or the surrounding area

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, real estate or another high-level service business would be highly valued.

Experience in a senior position, running a business or taking significant operational responsibility would be a strong advantage.
