As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a QA Automation Engineer / Performance Test Engineer (H/F).

You will work on projects involving test automation, performance testing and continuous improvement of software quality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Test Automation

- Monitor automated test execution results and diagnose failures.
- Design, develop and maintain automated test suites.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks based on Playwright, Java and Selenium.
- Provide technical support to framework users.
- Contribute to the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines/jobs.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA and project stakeholders.

Performance Testing & Monitoring

- Define performance testing strategies for applications, APIs and distributed systems.
- Design, implement and maintain performance test suites.
- Perform load, stress, endurance/soak, spike and scalability testing.
- Analyze application behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during performance test executions.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve performance issues.
- Produce performance assessment reports,



including recommendations and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to performance engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or a related field, combined with significant experience in software testing and/or quality engineering.

You have strong technical expertise in test automation and performance testing, including:

- Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Good knowledge of software testing best practices.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience configuring and maintaining Jenkins pipelines/jobs.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD environments.
- Advanced or expert-level experience with Apache JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies:
- Load testing
- Stress testing
- Endurance / Soak testing
- Spike testing
- Scalability testing
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices and distributed architectures.
- Strong analytical skills in performance analysis and bottleneck identification.




- Experience monitoring application and infrastructure metrics during performance tests.
- Knowledge of system resource monitoring.

Nice to have

Experience with the following technologies and environments would be an asset:

- OpenShift
- Kubernetes
- Argo Workflows (ArgoWF)
- Cloud-native performance testing approaches
- Appium
- Cloud-based test automation execution
- Xray / Test Management tools
- Robot Framework
- Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK or equivalent solutions.
