Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner based in Spain. This is an entrepreneurial partnership for an experienced recruitment, sales, or talent professional who wants to help build a recruitment business rather than join a traditional hierarchy.

You’ll combine business development, candidate sourcing, recruitment delivery, and strategic decision-making to help startups hire exceptional talent. You’ll bring your own network and client relationships while leveraging an established business, candidate database, ATS, and outbound infrastructure. The focus is on working with startup founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers across European markets.

You’ll have significant freedom to shape your approach and use AI, automation, CRM, and sourcing tools to work efficiently.

Compensation is directly tied to results through a revenue-share model, creating a true partnership where both parties benefit from growth.
