We are looking for a Senior E-learning Developer to join our external project — a next-generation digital learning platform that transforms professional education into an engaging, interactive, and visually rich experience. In this role, you’ll design and develop edutainment-style online courses that combine storytelling, gamification, and multimedia. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, and creative teams to turn business concepts into learning products that inspire, educate, and perform.

Location: Valencia, Spain (on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules (SCORM/HTML5) using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or iSpring
Create multimedia learning experiences — videos, simulations, animations, and gamified elements for adult learners
Use AI-powered tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Genspark, Trooper, Flow With) for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and localization
Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle — from storyboarding and prototyping to testing, LMS integration, and launch
Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and L&D; managers to ensure content quality, accuracy, and engagement
Ensure that all materials meet visual,



accessibility, and mobile optimization standards
Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance course quality and engagement

Requirements

Proven experience in e-learning design and development (5+ years preferred)
Strong hands-on skills with Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or iSpring
Experience building SCORM-compliant courses and integrating with LMS platforms (ideally 360Learning)
Ability to apply instructional design principles and storytelling techniques to adult learning
Solid understanding of multimedia production (video, audio, motion design) and familiarity with AI-based content tools
Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, After Effects, or similar)
Excellent project management skills — ability to deliver creative, high-quality content under tight deadlines
Fluency in English and Spanish
