You will work in a small team to drive core systems, architecture, tools, and development pipelines, balancing immediate needs with long-term health. - Own complex technical initiatives spanning multiple game systems
- Clarify requirements, define approaches, and coordinate contributions to drive delivery
- Involve yourself in architecture and implementation decisions
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to improve systems, workflows, tooling, and pipelines
- Provide technical guidance across the codebase and resolve challenging problems
- Mentor engineers and help establish practical standards for code quality,

- Extensive software development experience
- Strong experience with Unity and C#
- Strong understanding of software architecture and ability to adapt to new codebases
- Experience with complex codebases and scalable systems
- Experience creating and supporting tools and pipelines for game development
- Experience with mobile development and platform best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines (designers and engineers)
