Overview

You will lead planning, execution and delivery of strategic IT and digital projects to evolve the company’s digital ecosystem. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across web, mobile apps, e-commerce, and system integrations to ensure scope, quality, timelines and budget are met. This role shapes customer-facing solutions and internal platforms in a fast-growing, international context. You’ll engage stakeholders and vendors to drive continuous improvement and secure scalable, secure outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Lead planning, execution and monitoring of strategic IT and digital projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate development and evolution of mobile apps and other customer-facing digital solutions
- Manage design, development and maintenance of corporate websites and digital platforms
- Lead implementation and improvement of e-commerce solutions, including online acquisition, digital payments and customer experience
- Coordinate integration and evolution of business management and customer-related platforms
- Manage technology vendors, digital partners and external development teams, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of internal and customer-facing processes
- Gather and define functional requirements with stakeholders and ensure correct technical implementation
- Coordinate functional testing, deployments, incidents and further developments across digital platforms
- Prepare project plans, timelines,



KPIs and progress reports
- Ensure solutions meet security, data protection, scalability and performance standards
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience as IT Project Manager or similar, end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects
- Proven experience managing mobile apps, corporate websites and e-commerce platforms
- Experience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies and technology providers
- Good understanding of API integrations, CRM platforms, payment gateways and customer-facing digital solutions
- Experience with customer, membership, booking, reservation or business management platforms and their integration with other systems
- Experience with integrated ecosystems of web, mobile, payments, and customer management
- Experience in multi-site, international or fast-growing environments is a plus
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Analytical mindset, results orientation and continuous-improvement approach
- High level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken
