Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager for their Hospitality Industry team based in Málaga.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow client accounts in the hospitality sector
Use CRM tools to qualify leads, generate opportunities, and track progress
Maintain regular client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
Support clients with group accommodation, events, and travel requests

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Norwegian (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
Background in sales,



account management, or customer success (hospitality experience a plus)
Organized, communicative, and results-driven
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great client experiences
