Imagine Live is looking for a Live Casino Trainer to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for training various games and procedures to the company standards.

Responsibilities

Organize the training process for card games and other games for interns and current employees
Monitor the attendance of interns and follow to make sure they steadily develop their playing skills
Take responsibility for organizing and implementing the trainings
Prepare reports on the work done by the Trainings Unit
Facilitate collaboration between the Trainings Unit, Studio Operations Department, and other units
Perform other functions assigned by their immediate manager and arising from the duties for the respective position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, or related fields
1-2 years of work experience in the field
Good knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese languages
Detail-oriented, analytical and excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of card games
Excellent teaching skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
