These unique programmes provide will give successful candidates the chance to rotate across teams in both our Dublin HQ and also our Malta, Warsaw, Vienna and Madrid offices allowing you to gain transferable skills and a deep understanding of Ryanair Group, to set you up on a career path to the skies!

Across the 2 year programme, our grads will get mentorship from our leadership team, will be part of a structured programme with trips, tips and insights into Europe’s largest airline which will allow you to develop while we grow to be The World’s Largest Airline

There are 4 distinct programmes and opportunities, Malta Air, Lauda Europe, Buzz and TravelLabs Madrid

Malta Air

Headquartered in Malta, Malta Air is part of Ryanair group with a fleet of over 180 B737 aircraft based across some of Ryanair's key markets such as Italy, Germany, France, Malta, Romania, Denmark, Sweden and more. Our Malta office has a number of functions including Finance, Safety, HR and Flight Operations.

Grads will work in Dublin HQ for a period of 6 months as part of some of the wider teams within the group functions here before relocating to Malta to work in a similar function in Malta Air for the remaining 18 months of the programme

Lauda Europe The only A320 operator of Ryanair Group, Lauda operate a fleet of 27 Airbus A320's based across Vienna, Croatia and Palma.

While

Lauda is headquartered in Malta,



the majority of operations is run from our Vienna office where the primary functions include Operations (including FOPs, GOPs & Inflight), HR and Finance.

The Lauda

Grad will spend a min of 6 Months in Dublin rotating across these functions before relocating to Vienna for the remainder of programme where they will continue to work across these key functions.

BUZZ / Ryanair Sun

Headquarted in Warsaw, Buzz is part of Ryanair group with a fleet of over 90 B737 aircraft based primarily across Central and Eastern Europe. Buzz is a fast growing and unique brand within Ryanair group as they offer both scheduled and charter services. With a brand new training centre recently opened in Krakow and growth plans across the region, Buzz runs a number of key functions such as HR, Finance, Operations (Inflight, GOPs and FOPs), Customer Service and more providing excellent exposure to eager graduates.

Grads will work in Dublin HQ for a min of 6 months as part of some of the wider teams within the group functions here before relocating to Warsaw to work in a similar function

Travel Labs Madrid

Originally opened as an IT hub in 2016, our Madrid office has expanded massively to include several functions such as HR, Customer Service, Legal, Marketing and Engineering. Grads who are interested in working in the Spanish capital may work across one of these depts before transferring to Madrid to complete the remainder of the programme in the same dept.

Motivation is key for Ryanair, we want to hear from Grads who have a genuine interest in working here, so please get this across in your application. We ask that you input your preferences as to which programme you’re keen to work in the most,



but our Recruiters will review your application and may reach out if they feel you are more suitable for other depts

Everyone we hire needs to show the skills and behaviours that have helped us to achieve our growth over the last 40 years and we expect candidates to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process

If we decide to progress your application you will be invited for a phone call (if an Irish number is calling, make sure you answer), followed by an online interview. Qualifications

- Studied a relevant degree programme(Bachelors/Masters) with a secured 2.1 or above or be on track to
- Graduated/finished university no earlier than 2025
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in The EU and travel freely throughout Europe.
- Strong analytical skills for efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Organisational, interpersonal skills and work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Polish, Spanish, German or Maltese will be highly regarded
- Good sense of humour and doesn't take themselves too seriously
