IGAMING TEAM MANAGER

Description

Imagine Live is looking for an experienced iGaming Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within our live operations environment in Madrid.

This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive and motivated work culture.

The position is shift-based.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitoring progress and ensuring targets are met
Provide regular, constructive feedback and performance evaluations
Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards
Monitor team performance, including technical skills, attendance, and presentation standards
Identify training needs and support ongoing development initiatives
Act as a key point of contact between the team and management




Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within iGaming, customer support, or live operations environments
Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and handle challenges effectively
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
High level of reliability, integrity, and accountability
Flexibility to work shifts
