Experteer Overview As Finance Manager, you will lead Spain and Portugal’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish GAAP and tax rules while partnering with local management to drive planning and performance. You will oversee reporting, audits, and treasury activities within a multinational Renault-like environment, shaping financial strategy for the region. - Lead local accounting and financial operations (GL, AP, AR, treasury, payroll coordination)
- Prepare financial statements under Spanish GAAP and IFRS where applicable
- Own yearly audit process and account code mapping between local and group COA
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Spain and Portugal
- Ensure VAT, CIT, SII, and withholding tax compliance and liaise with auditors/tax advisors
- Provide financial insights to local management and support pricing, margins,



and contracts
- Monitor weekly AR, Inventory, and Invoices; coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve performance
- Develop and mentor local finance staff or outsourced providers
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencyResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in finance or accounting in Spain with management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC), local taxes and statutory reporting
- Experience in multinational environments and with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Independent work style with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working experience in the auto industry is mandatory
