Overview of the Role

As a SAP Finance (FICO) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing finance processes using SAP FI and CO modules. This position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end SAP Finance initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions and contributing significantly to the company’s financial transformation and operational excellence. Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Configure and support critical SAP Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO),



Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, reconciliations, settlements, allocations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose best-practice SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and Treasury.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms development.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
- Develop comprehensive user training materials and maintain project documentation according to internal standards.

Skill Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience with proven track record in implementation and configuration of FI and CO modules.
- Deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).




- Strong experience with financial closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, and Fiori-based reporting tools.
- Participation in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project and support engagements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Other Requirements (Optional)

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with SAP Treasury, Cash Management, Group Reporting, or Central Finance.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and advanced reporting solutions.
- Experience in global rollout and transformation programs.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
