We are seeking a Senior IT Transformation Consultant with strong experience in the Telecommunications industry, specializing in OSS/BSS architectures, technology modernization, and IT stack transformation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery capabilities,



helping telecom organizations define and execute complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Define IT transformation strategies and roadmaps for Telecom clients.
- Design target OSS/BSS architectures and technology modernization plans.
- Lead complex systems integration and IT transformation projects.
- Define product-oriented and efficiency-driven IT operating models.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, architects, and system integrators.

Desired Knowledge and Experience

Architecture & Systems
- Strong experience with Telecom OSS/BSS stacks, including CRM, Billing, Order Management, Inventory, and Network Systems.
- Knowledge of leading industry platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and HP.
- Experience in systems integration, including APIs, microservices, and ESB architectures.
- Proven experience in legacy modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of cloud ecosystems, automation technologies (RPA, low-code/no-code platforms), and the application of Data & AI to IT operations.

IT Governance & Operating Models




- Knowledge and/or experience with IT frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, COBIT, ITSM, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and DevSecOps.
- Experience in demand management, SLA and KPI management, budgeting, and IT operating model design.
- Understanding of business continuity, IT security, and compliance practices.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, IT transformation, or technology transformation programs.
- Proven experience within the Telecommunications sector, ideally supporting Tier 1 operators.
- Track record of delivering end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.

Education
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate studies in technology and/or business are a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, TM Forum, AWS, Azure, SAFe, or Agile are highly desirable.

- Direct contact with customers.
- Analysis of needs and processes.
- Support in the implementation of telecommunications related project management.

Requirements:

- Professional with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers (MANDATORY)
- Work experience in consulting.
- Technical knowledge (Telco / IT).
- Experience in telecommunications project management.
- Advanced English
