We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering data integration, ETL, automation, and data availability solutions that support reporting, business operations, and new AI initiatives.

This role is adecuado for a hands-on Data Engineer who is comfortable working independently, collaborating with business stakeholders, and turning functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.

What you will do

- Design, build, and maintain ETL processes from complex enterprise systems.
- Extract, transform, and load data from SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and Oracle databases.
- Prepare and make data available for reporting, analytics, and business use cases.
- Work with Databricks environments for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Gather requirements directly from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain business-process automations.
- Support the implementation and adoption of automation tools, especially n8n.
- Connect automation workflows with internal systems and business data sources.
- Participate in AI and automation initiatives requiring data integration.
- Document delivered solutions to ensure maintainability and service continuity.

Required experience and skills
- At least 4–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL development, data integration, or a closely related role.
- Hands-on ETL experience with SAP BW and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience extracting,



transforming, and working with data from Oracle databases.
- Strong understanding of ETL design, data extraction, transformation, loading, and data quality.
- Experience with Databricks or a comparable data platform.
- Strong SQL skills; Python, PySpark, or Spark experience is highly valued.
- Experience working with large data volumes.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with business or internal clients to capture functional requirements.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
- Availability to work primarily on-site in Navarra.

Nice to have
- Experience with n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
- Experience building automated workflows and integrations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
