Reactivity Engineer

Our client is seeking a Reactivity Engineer to lead warranty investigations, drive root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively across automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review customer warranty data and define internal investigation actions using platforms such as Jira and CAQ.
- Support workshop and testing teams during technical investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when required.
- Lead root cause analysis activities and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure investigation results are documented and reported within agreed customer timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or similar engineering discipline.




- Automotive technical and diagnostic experience.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on approach with willingness to work on the shop floor (GEMBA).

Nice-to-Have:

- French and/or Dutch language skills.
- Experience with Jira, CAQ, or similar quality management tools.
- Experience within automotive warranty or quality environments.
