Experteer Overview
In this role you will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive informed decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to consolidate data and ensure accuracy, contributing to cost analysis and efficiency improvements. You’ll prepare dashboards and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders. This position offers a clear path to develop core controls experience within Allianz Technology’s finance organization, with exposure to AI-driven analytics and a integral context.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Assist in budget planning, tracking, and variance analysis against actuals
• Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and management presentations
• Collaborate with business units to gather, validate, and consolidate financial data

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or academic projects valued)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
