Job Mission:
Develop, modify and implement approved operational processes. Ensure the maintenance of our WMS application and its database.

Main Responsibilities:
System configuration: setting parameters, defining workflows and creating rules
System maintenance, ensuring the system is properly kept up to date
User training on the correct use of the system
System data analysis to identify trends and improve overall warehouse efficiency
System integration with other systems, such as ERP or order management systems, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
Database management

Academic background: SQL (3+ years) as a database administrator
