Задачи:

- Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize global rider engagement;

- Redesign the courier payment framework to improve operational metrics by modeling factors such as vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability;

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities;

- Own the experimentation process by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and switchback tests before integral rollouts;

- Monitor strategy performance, track KPIs, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments;

- Understand and address local and regional rider needs.

Требования:
- Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field;

- 2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role, translating insights into business actions and measuring their impact;

- Strong technical proficiency;

- Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction;





- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration;

- Experience withLooker, Tableau, or PowerBI;

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

- Ability to break down ambiguous and complex problems into manageable steps;

- Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Fluent English;

- Organized, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;

- Nice to have: experience designing or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies. xhfqzwm
