What you'll do

-

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and countries.

- Partner with managers to attract and select top talent.

- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.

- Support onboarding and key People processes.

- Participate in People & Organization projects, policies and initiatives.

- Contribute to employee engagement,



culture and organizational development activities.

What we're looking for

-

- 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or People & Organization.

- Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

- Interest in broader HR topics beyond recruitment.

- Proactive, hands-on and business-oriented mindset.

- Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential.
