Experteer Overview In this role, you own the end-to-end transportation and distribution agenda for the Ortho business, ensuring reliable service and strong logistics performance across markets. You’ll collaborate with couriers, plants, customs, and local teams to monitor shipments and drive continuous improvement. The position anchors scalable logistics governance to support sustainable growth and involves close coordination with the wider GLD organization. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity in Madrid. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Own end-to-end transportation and distribution process for Ortho from handover to delivery follow-up • Manage courier OTIF, lead time, and logistics cost performance via reporting and root-cause analysis • Coordinate with Logistics Control Tower and cross-functional teams to resolve shipment issues • Handle customs and trade-related issues with timely documentation and escalation • Review service provider performance and drive cost improvements with Logistics Procurement • Oversee billing, invoicing, claims,



and contractual terms with couriers and providers • Lead or support transport setup changes, new lanes, and contingency planning • Strengthen governance and standardize processes across the Ortho logistics model • Collaborate with Production, Customer Care, subsidiaries to resolve customer-impacting logistics issues • Act as liaison to the wider GLD organization while keeping logistics as the core focus Responsabilidades • Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in an international environment • Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution in carrier management and KPI tracking • Solid exposure to customs, trade, and international shipment flows; courier network experience is a plus • Experience driving process improvement, governance, and operational discipline • Knowledge of international transportation, customs, and distribution processes; project mgmt training is a plus • Strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards and shipment visibility tools Requisitos principales •
