Experteer Overview
In this HR Specialist role, you will translate workforce data and trends into scalable, proactive programs that improve the employee experience across Amazon’s large-scale networks. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to design and implement strategic initiatives that mitigate risk and align with organizational priorities. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, strategic foresight, and executive-level communication to influence leadership decisions. You’ll contribute to a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and scalable people programs.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
• Previous HR specialist/HR generalist experience or HR program roles
