Purpose Own the tracking, analysis, and validation of product initiatives across the app portfolio. This role answers two questions for leadership on a continuous basis: are the things we planned on track, and is what we are shipping actually working?TareasPortfolio initiative tracking- Maintain a single, current view of every product initiative across the portfolio: owner, hypothesis, status, expected impact- Surface stalls, dependencies, and blockers before they become delays- Run the review cadence with product leadershipExperiment validation- Independently assess whether experiment results support the conclusions drawn from them- Check sample size, duration against metric lag, variable isolation, stopping rules, and metric selection- Challenge weak reads directly with the owning PM- Maintain the standard for what counts as a valid resultAnalysis and recommendation- Identify patterns across the portfolio: what is working repeatedly, what is failing repeatedly,
