The role

Full-time, on-site position at one of our three offices. Our marketing channels bring in a continuous flow of enquiries from prospective buyers across Europe.

Each lead is then yours to work: first contact, qualification, and consistent follow-up — often over weeks or months — until the client is ready to view. You arrange and conduct the viewings and manage the process through to a successful sale. All client information is recorded in our CRM, so basic computer proficiency is required, and you will be kept fully updated on every new development on the coast and on all our exclusive resale homes.

Requirements

· Practical sales experience, with a proven ability to meet targets and close transactions

· Persistence and long-term follow-up: the ability to nurture a client over months before a viewing takes place

· Strong customer-service skills: active listening, clear communication, client-focused approach

· Availability to work on-site, with good local knowledge of the Costa del Sol market

· Proficiency with CRM, property listing platforms and digital communication tools

· Spanish and English highly valued; a third language is an advantage

· Organisation, reliability and the ability to manage several clients and properties at once

· Driving licence and own transport for meetings and viewings
