At its Berlin site, Knick designs and manufactures analysers, sensors and retractable systems for the most demanding applications in the field of pH, ORP, conductivity and dissolved oxygen measurement.

In order to continue expanding our operations in Spain and Portugal, we are seeking an experienced sales expert (f/m/d), on a part-time or full-time basis (80 - 100 %). Preferably based in the central-northern region of Spain.

Key responsibilities

- Independent management of sales projects with clients primarily in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, food and energy sectors.
- Responsible for a specific region or client profile.
- Preparing quotations, monitoring and closing projects.
- Independently conducting demonstrations and presentations to attract new clients.
- Focus on acquiring new clients, as well as consolidating the existing client portfolio.
- Strategic expansion of the network of contacts in the aforementioned sectors with various decision-makers.
- Participation in trade fairs and events.

Your profile

- Sales experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.




- A degree in chemical engineering or another technical engineering discipline is preferred.
- Negotiation skills, the ability to convey enthusiasm and a knack for closing sales.
- A passion for sales.
- A proactive approach and excellent communication skills with existing and new clients.
- Fluency in Spanish and English at a business level.
- High level of flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (from time to time).
- Place of work: Central-Northern Spain / Home office
- Percentage of time spent travelling: 60 – 80 %
