In this role you design, test and implement payment structures for Glovo’s riders, blending data analysis and modeling to keep the logistics network efficient, scalable, and fair. You will influence important KPIs that affect operational investment and work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for local needs. Your work focuses on optimizing rider engagement and reward models at a integral scale.

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years of data analytics experience
- Advanced SQL for complex querying
- Python for data analysis and orchestration
- Experience with data visualization xugodme tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English
