Studio SEEDz is looking for an Architect to join our team in Marbella.
The role combines architecture and interior design, working across different stages of residential and hospitality projects — from concept development through technical documentation and construction.
Key responsibilities:
Architectural and interior design development
Preparation of drawings and technical documentation in Revit
Development of 3D models, design presentations and material selections
Interior layouts, bespoke details and finishes
Coordination with engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors
Development of projects from concept through construction documentation
Occasional site visits to review progress and coordinate design decisions
Supporting the team in ensuring design quality, technical feasibility, budgets and timelines
What we're looking for:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Strong architectural and interior design skills
Good proficiency in Revit
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
Good understanding of materials, detailing and construction
Strong visual communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across several projects
Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is highly valued
Based in Marbella or able to work full-time on-site in Marbella
