In this role you will deliver compensation analysis and support HR business partners by interpreting policies and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will analyze large datasets, work on job leveling and workforce changes, and provide well‑balanced recommendations aligned with policies and budgets. You will monitor market trends and contribute ideas to adapt best practices to Bunge’s business context.

You will prepare reports and support Total Rewards projects while serving as a trusted guide on compensation policies for HR and stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of data, policy, and people, helping drive informed decision‑making across the HR

- Review cases against compensation policies, budgets, and workforce needs; offer balanced recommendations and alternatives.




- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate job structures and address misalignments in levels, scope, or headcount changes.
- Monitor market trends and external reward practices; translate insights into actionable changes for the company context.
- Prepare and consolidate reports on jobs, compensation structures, and benchmarks to inform leadership discussions.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Business Administration (or related field)
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Compensation knowledge, job evaluation, market pricing, analytical skills
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and perform data-driven analysis
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
