Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components, from design validation to series production. You partner with design, suppliers, and quality teams to balance aesthetics, timelines, cost, and reliability. You will guide launches, optimize manufacturing methods, and lead standards and continuous improvement efforts. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role at a luxury house shaping how hardware integrates with craft and technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive end-to-end hardware industrialization from design validation to series production
• Align aesthetics with industrialization constraints in collaboration with Design
• Oversee testing processes with suppliers and quality teams
• Lead price negotiations, capacity analysis, and tooling/mould investments
• Optimize manufacturing methods for launches to improve cost efficiency
• Oversee pre-series control, master management, and PLM documentation
• Ensure system price updates and perform production risk analysis




• Provide technical expertise for root cause analysis and quality issue resolution
• Define, improve, and deploy technical standards across projects
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and countertyping analysis
• Maintain relationships with industry experts and stay informed on new technologies

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in various ERP systems
• Knowledge of PLM (Centric) software is a plus
• English proficiency (C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, Chinese, or Italian is a plus
• Flexibility to travel to Europe and Asia
