In this role you will redesign and implement payment structures for riders, blending data analysis with modeling to support an efficient, scalable logistics network. You will work within the Global Logistics team to improve engagement and key operational metrics through data-driven design. You will own experimentation and measurement, validating changes before general rollout while monitoring performance across regions.

- Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement
- Redesign courier payment framework to improve operational metrics based on factors like vehicle, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities guiding optimization of the operation
- Own the experimentation process, designing,



running and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments before rollout
- Continuously monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Understand local and regional rider perspectives to address diverse needs

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions and measurable impact
- Strong technical proficiency
- Advanced SQL for complex querying
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration xugodme
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and communicate findings
