From Huxley, we are currently partnering with one of our most valued clients to find an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead a large-scale payroll transformation program in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.
- Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.
- Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate communication between general and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management.
- Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English.
