Service Manager Gas Turbines | EMEA | Europe-Based
AVA Energy are partnered with a leading gas turbine OEM in the search for an experienced Service Manager to join their Aftermarket Services team, covering the EMEA region.
This is a senior customer-facing role where you'll own the full post-commissioning relationship for a portfolio of power plant accounts — acting as the single point of contact for everything from routine maintenance and spare parts through to upgrades, retrofits, and warranty management.
What they're looking for:
- Background in aftermarket services within power generation
- Experience with aeroderivative or heavy-frame gas turbines
- Strong customer relationship and commercial skills
- Engineering or business degree, or significant industry experience
- Based in Europe — English essential, Spanish or French a plus
