Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end customer journey inside the product to accelerate growth. You will shape trial experiences, activation, and onboarding, enabling self-serve expansion in a PLG-first B2B context. You collaborate across Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing and Product to align on growth initiatives that scale to thousands of companies. You work with an AI-first platform to redefine UX and onboarding. This is a unique chance to influence product strategy in a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS company.

• Own the in-product journey from trial to activation to activation and self-serve expansion
• Translate growth strategy into user-centered product experiences across acquisition, activation, expansion and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing, Design, Tech) to coordinate initiatives and manage stakeholders
• Define how AI features replace traditional UX and onboarding flows for a complex B2B product




• Prioritize initiatives with a practical, results-oriented approach and drive execution
• Communicate effectively to influence and align teams around growth goals

Responsabilidades
• Strong product sense with user-centric design mindset
• Track record of growing products/businesses from X to Y
• Excellent prioritization and execution across multiple projects
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with Product Led Growth in B2B, including trials, self-serve, onboarding or cross-selling
• AI-first mindset with willingness to redefine workflows and interfaces
